Remote Support
Using remote access tools, Email, and phone support,
we can provide a certain level of support to our clients
without the expense of an onsite visit. Although not
all issues can be resolved remotely, it does provide
a viable alternative for a faster, lower cost solution
to many problems.
Local Area Networks (LANs) are our forte. We specialize
in small to medium size Microsoft Windows NT/2000 server-based
networks with Windows 98/NT/2000/XP clients. We can
also setup and support smaller peer-to-peer networks
We can build new LANs from the ground up, add on to
existing networks, or build a new LAN in parallel with
your existing network and perform a smooth transition.
We use only EIA/TIA certified cabling, hardware, and
terminating devices along with brand names such as 3Com,
Cisco, Intel, and Linksys for the ultimate in performance
