Printing various reports also user designed. Skills used: Microsoft Access VBA, DDE with various Microsoft Office applications, PHP, MySQL.
Interactive Video Rental System Web interface for video rental company with custom application as backend. Integration with POS system and barcodes. Skills used: Perl, HTML, JavaScript, Postgress databases, Delphi, multi-user database programming, end user interface design, Unix environment.
ISP sales and support system System for sales/billing and support for Web Hosting/ISP company. UNIX shell scripts used as backend. Total automation of all customer/accounts related aspects of ISP business. Skills used: Perl, PHP, HTML, MySQL and Microsoft Access databases, UNIX shell scripting.
Custom Inventory / Sales System for Computer Distributor System for sales and production of computer units, tracking of warranties. Written using Delphi and dbase. Seamless integration with barcode scanner and printing bar code labels. Skills used: Delphi, Dbase, bar code devices programming, internal bar code images creation and printing.
Internet café manager system System implemented in several internet cafés. Monitoring time usage, generating detailed financial reports, controlling access to the workstations. Owner is able to control each owned internet café via additional application remotely over the internet. Skills used: Delphi, TCP/IP sockets, OOP (object oriented programming), Windows API, dbase, low level operating system control. Additional tasks were related to physical installation of computers, routers, troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Time and Attendance recording system System used by cruise company on board their ships, to track overtime of crewmembers. Various financial reports (payroll, overtime payment sheets), data export/import to the main office. Copyrighted design concept and development. Skills used: Visual Basic, ADO, Microsoft Access database, Crystal Reports, low system level routines for error trapping, designing clean and simple but powerful end user interface.
